What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.

Profile content you enter: contact details, education, experience, projects, skills, certifications, achievements, and similar information you choose to provide.

Order and subscription records: products, amounts, currencies, provider references, subscription status, and billing period. Card details are handled entirely by our payment providers and never reach our servers.

How we use it

To provide the service: saving your Master Profile, showing previews, and generating your PDF files. To process payments and unlock downloads. To send transactional emails such as password resets and payment confirmations. To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your resume content for advertising.

AI suggestions

AI features are optional. When you press an Improve button, only the text in that field is sent to our AI provider to produce a suggestion. We do not send your full profile. The suggestion changes nothing until you accept it.

Service providers

We use providers to run the service: payment processing (Razorpay for India, Stripe elsewhere), an AI provider for optional suggestions, hosting and database infrastructure, and an email delivery provider. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Analytics

We measure product usage such as page views and checkout steps. We never include resume content in analytics events.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and profile until you ask us to delete them. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Payment records may be kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Security

We use hashed passwords, server-side access checks on all personal data, encrypted connections, and limits on sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise them.

Children

ResumeCore is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
